Who I am

I turned things around. Then kept going.

I'm from Ebbw Vale, a small town in the South Wales valleys. The reports call it one of the most deprived towns in Europe. They're not wrong. I still live in Wales, and these days the priority is simple: being a dad and a partner first, and building good businesses around that. School run included.

School came easy enough when I crammed, dyslexia and all. Staying out of trouble didn't. I started my first business at 19 because I had to make something work. Twelve years on, I'm still building.

Today I do three things. I buy and grow businesses. I invest in property. And I run Marketing Insiders, where we build and launch offers for experts and get paid on results. If you're a seller, an investor, or an owner who wants to grow, we should talk.

Selling a business or a property?

If you're here because we're about to talk, or someone mentioned my name, good. Check me out properly.

I'm one buyer, not a fund. I buy with my own capital and with partners I've worked with for years. You deal with me, not a committee.

What follows costs me deals. Sellers take this list to other buyers, and some never come back. The right ones do.

Straight about how you're paid

It depends on what you're after. A clean break with cash now. More money overall, paid over time. Or keep a stake and share the upside. We shape the deal around that, not the other way round. Whatever we agree, there's real money at completion and the rest sits in a binding contract your own solicitor signs off.

NDA first

No numbers change hands before we both sign one. And I don't go near your staff or customers without your say-so.

Your timeline

No pressure from me on timing. When you're ready, so am I. And when I say I'll close, I close.

Straight answers on price

I won't always be the highest offer. A trade buyer chasing synergies can outbid me. What you get from me is certainty, discretion, and a business that still looks like yours in five years.
