I'm from Ebbw Vale, a small town in the South Wales valleys. The reports call it one of the most deprived towns in Europe. They're not wrong. I still live in Wales, and these days the priority is simple: being a dad and a partner first, and building good businesses around that. School run included.
School came easy enough when I crammed, dyslexia and all. Staying out of trouble didn't. I started my first business at 19 because I had to make something work. Twelve years on, I'm still building.
